Proceedings
Proceedings of the Workshop will appear after the usual refereeing procedure in the International Journal of Modern Physics E, vol. 20, at the beginning of 2011.
A length of a contribution should not exceed following limits: 8 pages for lectures, 6 pages for seminars and posters.
The papers should be prepared in LaTeX2e using the World Scientific class which can be obtained from:

The deadline for submission of contributed papers is 31th October, 2010.
