To get to Poland, we recommend taking a plane to the Warsaw airport "Okęcie". One may also find a flight to the Cracow airport "Balice".
From Warsaw to Puławy:
BY TRAIN:
Another possibility is to take a train from Warsaw Central Station
(Warszawa Centralna) to Pulawy.
To get from the airport to the railway station you may take a taxi
or a city bus No 175. By train, the trip from Warsaw to Puławy takes around 2.5 h.
BY TAXI:
A taxi directly to Kazimierz Dolny (140 km) costs more than 100 EUR.
The price can be negotiated with the driver. A taxi arranged in advance can
be substantially cheaper.
From Puławy to Kazimierz Dolny:
BY BUS:
There is a city bus No 12 from Puławy to Kazimierz
Dolny (trip takes about 30 min). The bus stops are close to the railway station.
Tickets are avaiable at the bus (around
3 PLN - 0.8 EUR). The conference location is in the walking distance from the
bus stop in Kazimierz Dolny.
BY TAXI:
You can also take a taxi (around 40 PLN - 12 EUR).
