Conference fee: The conference fee is 100 euro if paid before 30 June and 120 euro for late payment (after 1 July). The conference fee covers participation in all sessions, refreshments during coffee breaks, conference dinner, excursion and proceedings. Lodging with full board in double or triple rooms is around 120 PLN (30 euro) per day and should be paid separately at the reception of the hotel. On special request, single rooms or apartments can be made available for some extra charge.
