11th Nuclear Physics Workshop
``Marie and Pierre Curie''
on
Physics of Exotic Nuclei
Kazimierz Dolny, Poland, September 23-26, 2004
We are pleased to announce that the ``Maria and Pierre Curie''
Nuclear-Physics Workshop,
organized every year by the Department of Theoretical Physics of the
Maria Curie-Sklodowska University will be held in Kazimierz Dolny, Poland
on September 23-26. The main subject of this year's Workshop will be on
"Physics of Exotic Nuclei".
For ten years now, the Workshop is a meeting place of nuclear physicists
from many countries, with a very strong participation from Poland and
from France. Last year, the jubilee 10th Nuclear Physics Workshop
collected almost 100 nuclear physicists from all over the world.
The 2003 Workshop proceedings were published in International Journal
of Modern Physics E Vol. 13, No. 1 (February 2004). This year a similar
issue is planned.
The Workshop topics are:
- nuclear reactions;
- nuclear ground-state properties;
- excited nuclear states;
- masses of atomic nuclei;
- residual neutron-proton interaction;
- shell correction.
