Vacuum polarization  of the quantized massive fields in the N-dimensional  
spatially-flat FRW  unverse. The calculations have been carried out in  
4, 5,...,12 -dimensional spacetimes. Explanations are contained 
in the paper:

N-dimensional Friedman-Robertson_Walker spacetimes.  

Results are stored in the catalogs: Phi_Sq_eta (confomal time)   
and Phi_Sq_t (proper time)
