Beyond mean field approximations with effective forces

Results obtained with the Gogny interaction and techniques going beyond mean field like the Generator Coordinate Method and/or Symmetry Restoration will be presented and compared with the raw Mean field predictions. The relevance of going beyond mean field will also be discussed.
