Studies of neutron-rich nuclei in deep-inelastic reactions

Neutron-rich nuclei were studied in 82Se+192Os (thick target, Legnaro) and 136Xe+196Pt (thin target, Berkeley)deep-inelastic reactions. Results related both to the A=190 mass region (prolate-oblate shape transition etc) and the N=50 region will be presented.
