Irreducible representations of double point groups within the harmonic oscillator basis

It is known, that irreducible representations of double point groups can be expressed in terms of Wigner\'s functions. The matrix elements of the irreducible representations define the generalized projection operators. Using the projection method proposed by O. Barut and R.Rączka the appropriate basis of irreducible representations of double point groups within the harmonic oscillator space have been derived, and the appropriate numeric and symbolic algebra programs have been constructed.
