Semiclassical Analysis of Point Symmetries In Generalized Rotor

Some properties induced by the points symmetries of the generalized quantum and classical rotors are conserned. The relations anong guantum degeneracy and classical trajectories are analysed. A role of Separatrix for semiclassical motions of quantum generalized rotor is pictured out.
